Customer Success Manager Front-End Engineer Software Engineer Account Executive

Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager and/or Customer Success Manager (CSM) to act as both a strategy consultant and Piqora platform expert for our subscription customers.

As a CSM you will be the customer liaison responsible for owning and managing customer relationships from start to finish during a given subscription period. The role requires a strong knowledge of our product, strong consultative skills, and is focused squarely on helping customers achieve their objectives through product adoption. You will be responsible for supporting our clients as they develop Pinterest Strategies that leverage the Piqora platform. Your responsibilities will include client discovery, recommendations, analysis of customers Pinterest initatives, as well as periodic technical support.

As a CSM you must be comfortable handling a high volume of customers across a broad range of business verticals, and dealing with all levels of marketers from the social media intern to C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Take complete ownership of Piqora’s most important subscription based customers.
  • Manage customer relationships to build a service-oriented reputation and earn renewals.
  • Deliver ROI-based strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Establish and develop customer relationships at multiple levels within organizations.
  • Able to independently build features with minimum supervision.
  • Ideate and build creative solutions to meet customers needs.
  • Keep up to date on social media trends, and demonstrate masterful strategic insights into how Pinterest (and Piqora) fits into a social strategy, and how social fits into an overall marketing and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to drive the highest level of customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience.
  • You will take a proactive approach to managing our customers and ensuring an outstanding user experience.
  • Demonstrated skill at developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Aptitude for technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Confident communicators (written and verbal).
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple complex customers and projects simultaneously.

Front-End Engineer

Piqora is looking for a talented Front-End Engineer to work on both our product and our marketing presence.

We work with HTML, CSS/SCSS, jQuery, and Django.

Desired Skills:

  • 0 to 3 years experience.
  • Problem solver and a quick learner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience writing Standards-Based HTML.
  • Experience writing modern CSS (Experience with SASS or LESS preprocessors a plus).
  • Experience writing Javascript (Experience with jQuery a plus).
  • Experience with a Javascript templating a plus.

Account Executive

Piqora is looking for an energetic account executive to join the team. The ideal team member will:

  • Knowledge and experience of social media with specific emphasis on Pinterest.
  • Ability to structure and close a sales presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and prospect.
  • High degree of integrity and business ethics.
  • Established relationships w/ agencies and retailers is a plus.
  • Social Media/e-commerce/SaaS/Advertising sales experience is a huge plus.
  • Be technology savvy.
  • Expand client base and build relationships with retailers, publishers, and agencies.
  • Be responsible for cold calls, demos, and in-person meetings.
  • Train clients (existing, new and potential) on our platform and creative ways to leverage Pinterest.
  • Engage in a consultative sales process to understand and capitalize on client needs.
  • Ability to deliver against demanding sales plans.
